Before work I went to my first ever hot yoga and it was such a great experience, but I was STARVING all morning. After breakfast I had to wait to eat until after 12:30 because of some lab work I was getting done so this was a long morning (I normally eat at 11). I added a grapefruit to breakfast and ate three smaller eggs instead of two big but it didn't help. Thankfully the lab lady came early so I could shove my face sooner with lunch! The lady and I did have a good conversation about Paleo and why I eat the way I do. She is convinced that my cholesterol is going to be ridiculously high and I can't wait to get them back to see!
Lunch was a combo of a huge salad with my favorite dressing from Heavenly Oils and left over soup.
My pork loin that I had put in the crockpot last night was pretty dry this morning, lesson learned...pork tenderloin isn't the best in the crock pot. So while I was trying to come home in horrible rush hour traffic the hubs baked some sweet potatoes and reheated the meat. He tossed his and the kids meat in some BBQ sauce. He brought me a sweet potato with pork on top to the oldest's soccer game since I sat on the parking lot highway long enough to miss dinner.
